Training is based on the general need of clients with respect to security services and the profile of a security officer.  Client specific training will commence once the requirement of the client is identified and understood.

We strive to recruit, select and employ only the best candidates in the industry. All potential employees must have the minimum education of JHS, SHS and an age: 21–45 years ID card. All potential employees undergo psychometric assessment, integrity testing and competency evaluations to ensure that we only employ candidates capable of consistently meeting and exceeding the specific requirements of the client’s industry.  Service conditions, remuneration and benefits offered by Omega Risk Solutions exceed statutory requirements and our management principles are based on internationally accepted labour practices.

OUR TRAINING APPROACH

Omega training is situated at the Omega Risk Solutions headquarters in Accra.  We receive training material from our internationally accredited Omega Training Academy situated in South Africa.  Training focusses on providing the officers the necessary skills to effectively operate in the different environments.
